Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

1. Order Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted for eligible orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or are not delivered as confirmed. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized meals, completed subscription billing periods, and redeemed promotional items are not refundable unless there is a verified service issue.

3. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card provider and may take between 5 and 10 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel subscription renewals before the next billing date. Charges for already-processed billing cycles are not refundable.
